Our Story
Sweet Molly Kate’s began as a dream in Molly Wright's heart and mind, ignited by her passion for baking from a young age. After earning a culinary arts degree from our local technical school in 2021, Molly honed her skills, even studying under a French pastry chef in Paris to perfect the art of French macarons.
With experience gained from working in three local bakeries during high school and beyond, Molly found the courage to open her own bakery, Sweet Molly Kate’s, in April 2024 at just 19 years old. Here, you'll discover a delightful blend of fancy macarons and cherished family recipes passed down through generations of talented bakers.
